SERVICE APPLICATIONS FOR WATER CONNECTIONS (NEW INSTALLATION)

 

Bring along Community Tax Certificate (current year) and fill up application form. Attached rough sketch of the location of the proposed service.

Service Inspectors will inspect the premises and determine the necessary materials and pipe size needed for water connection and assess cost of materials, labor, guarantee deposit and meter deposit.

If, permit for road excavation is needed, the applicant shall secure from Highway Engineering District, if it is a national road; City Engineer's Office, if it is a city road; Municipal Mayor, if it is a municipal road. Payments of service applications will be received after permit for road excavation is approved. If no permit needed, the applicant may pay his assessment cost for water connection.

Seminar every Wednesday and Friday at 2:00 P.M.

SACO Installation Charges:

Cost for a typical SACO connection is Two thousand five hundred pesos (P2,500.00)

New rate of meter maintenance fee is Six hundred pesos (P600.00).

Paid service applications will be forwarded to Engineering Department for service installation.

After water meter is installed, the billing starts.
