Service Inspectors will inspect the premises and determine the necessary materials and pipe size needed for water connection and assess cost of materials, labor and meter maintenance fee.
If, permit for road excavation is needed, the applicant shall secure from Highway Engineering District, if it is a national road; City Engineer's Office, if it is a city road; Municipal Mayor, if it is a municipal road. Payments of service applications will be received after permit for road excavation is approved. If no permit needed, the applicant may pay his assessment cost for water connection.
